Here is a testimony from a family who has experienced the presence of the Lord on their journey:
Hi Everyone,
I just wanted to share some very happy news with you all. Our daughter Audrey
Reyes now age 10 just celebrated the tenth anniversary of her open-heart surgery
this past August 26th. She went to see the doctor for an annual follow up
appointment on 9/15/03.
Dr. Bloom (Audrey's cardiologist) was so pleased with her progress. He said her heart was very strong, the pressures in all four chambers of the heart looked great, the patch is still holding nicely and the pulmonary valve is fully open. No holes anywhere. Thank you Lord!!! The doctor said that her heart turned out better than he could have ever hoped for.
I recall what Dr. Bloom told me the two weeks before Audrey's surgery 10 years ago. He told me to pray continuously and have faith. He told me to have everyone I knew pray for Audrey and the Doctors. He said that Doctors needed pray too. I did that, I had friends & family members from Alaska to Mexico from California to Georgia praying. The doctor was right! The power of prayer is the most powerful medicine around. Due to everyone's thoughts, prayers and our faith, God had his hand upon the Audrey and the doctors the whole time.
Audrey & I really enjoyed our visit with Dr Bloom and his nurses yesterday. It's like a family reunion every time we go there. They are truly awesome & loving people.
I just wanted to thank God for the prayers that he has answered and for those he continues to answer. I am excited about our 40 Days of Destiny and I'm really looking forward to the blessing that are to come for us as a family and the Church as a whole.

One man said, “For 12 years, I worked hard to climb the latter of success. I did my best to get promotion after promotion. I worked hard to get that raise after raise. And when I reached the top, I finally realized that my latter was leaning against the wrong building."
4) Are you willing to make time for God?
When an athlete has a passion to make it to the pros, he trains; he works hard; he makes time to dedicated himself for getting in tip top shape. it becomes his life. May I suggest that you should make Jesus your life? There should be nothing more important in life than your relationship with Christ. You should make time for God. Make time to get in tip top spiritual shape.
5) Are you willing to listen the voice of God?

6) Are you willing to follow the will of God?
“Prayer, the Covering of God’s Will”
As you seek the Lord about His will for your life, we need clear direction. That’s what prayer gives us. Early this year, the Lord was speaking to my heart about wanting to take us to a higher level of prayer and intimacy with Him. Since I am a big picture person, I see prayer in three levels.
Level 1 is Petition. Matthew 7:7, 8 tells us that when we ask it will be given to us, and when we seek, we will find. God cares about us and our needs, and He will take heed to our petitions. He is Jehovah Jireh, our Provider. This type of prayer is led by our desires.
Level 2 is Devotion. Deuteronomy 4:29 tells us that we will find the Lord when we seek Him with all of our heart. This type of prayer, led by our heart, takes us from the point of receiving from God to the point of giving to God. And the most important thing we can give God is our heart.
God is taking us to a new level of prayer

Level 3 is Intercession. Romans 8:26 tells us that there comes a point in prayer time with the Lord that the Holy Spirit takes over. This level of prayer takes our focus off of ourselves and onto others. This is when we are led by the Spirit, and when we do damage to the kingdom of darkness. Using Simeon as an example of an intercessor, (Luke 2), I would like to give you seven characteristics of an intercessor:
1 – Righteous with the convictions of God (v. 25)
2 – Devout to the purposes of God (v. 25)
3 – Patient with the timing of God (v. 25)
4 – Spirit-filled with the power of God (v. 25)
5 – Visionary to the will of God (v. 26)
6 – Obedient to the voice of God (v.27)
7 – Blessers to the people of God (v. 34)
