The mission of San Antonio House of Hope is to offer hope, healing, and Christ-centered solutions to hurting teens by providing a safe environment where youth can develop academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually while simultaneously rebuilding the family structure through the Word of God.

Our vision at San Antonio House of Hope is to restore the youth to their families based on Luke 1:17, "And he will go on before the Lord, in the spirit and power of Elijah, to turn the hearts of the fathers to their children and the disobedient to the wisdom of the righteous - to make ready a people prepared for the Lord."

We believe that through Biblical training and counseling, restoration will take place in the youth and in their families resulting in these teens becoming contributing members of society.

San Antonio House of Hope Goals:

- to rescue hurting, homeless runaway teenagers from the destructive forces invading the streets;

- to offer young people hope and a future through love, Christian Counseling, teaching, and education based on God's Word;

- to assist in healing the hurts and scars from young people's pasts;

- to help free young people from the bondage, which have held them captive (drugs, physical, mental and emotional abuse);

- to teach teenagers skills which will prepare them to become solid citizens and an effective part of society;

- to provide a temporary home, a safe harbor where teenagers are nourished, clothed, and protected until they can be reconciled with their family, when possible.

San Antonio House of Hope will accomplish these goals by using:

- Christ Centered Counseling;

- Structured Education at an on-site school, Hope Academy, using the ACE self-paced curriculum;

- Parenting Workshops and Counseling;

- Daily Spiritual Guidance and Teaching;

- A Loving, Home-style Environment.
